Back to New: 50th Anniversary Celebrations!

Monday 22 October, 2018
by Ash Braithwaite
An amazing weekend planned for Jan 25-27, 2019.

2019 is a very exciting year as we celebrate 50 years of New College. To commemorate this milestone, New College is hosting a fantastic ‘Back to New’ weekend, and all alumni and their families are invited to attend.

You can look forward to reconnecting with old friends at the inaugural Alumni Revue, an Alumni Ball at the Roundhouse, a sports afternoon and Open Day at the College, as well as many more events (most of which are free!).

Each five-year cohort of alumni (E.g. 1980-84, 1985-89…2015-18 etc.) will have the opportunity to have their own reunion in a breakout function space at the Alumni Ball.

For those who will be travelling from afar or are just looking to relive their College days, accommodation and meals in New College are also on offer for a very reasonable price.

To find out more information and to register, visit the New College Portal. You will be able to see all the options for packages, individual events, meals, accommodation and kids programs, as well as a full schedule of events.

In order to register online, you will need to log in to the brand new College Portal. As a member of the alumni, you already have a record in our database. You can use this existing record to activate a New College portal account. You will be able to use your portal account to register for events, manage subscriptions, update your details, and more.

Activate your account now by heading to “Update My Details”

If you do not have an existing account, you will need to register for an account prior to registering for any events.
Alternatively, you can contact the College during office hours to make a booking on (02) 9381 1999. Please use this option if you are hoping to arrange accommodation at College for family/group bookings.

We would love you to use this as a time to reach out to friends you may not have seen in a while. You might like to register a group of friends for the celebrations.

We look forward to seeing you there!
