The Centre for Christian Apologetics, Scholarship and Education (CASE) is a research group within New College. CASE publishes a quarterly journal and runs a series of public lectures, seminars and conferences.

Since 1987, New College has invited a lecturer each year to discuss an aspect of contemporary life and society, viewed through a Christian lens. The New College Lectures are a home for faithful, substantial Christian scholarship.

2021 New College Lectures - Nurture: Confronting a Crisis

Tuesday 5 October 2021-Thursday 7 October 2021
With a snowballing mental health crisis in Australia, Dr Jenny Brown will consider how ‘nurture’ can prevent and relieve the mental health difficulties that are so prevalent in our society. In each lecture, Dr Brown will present an approach that values personal responsibility; views family as a resource; and embraces human failings with hope.

The last time we caught up with Ouhao, he was working as a Lecturer at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. Now, as of February this year, Ouhao has joined Loughborough University in the UK as a Lecturer in their Mathematics Education Centre.
